The blue box has been removed but through red La Voz box is still in the public way and now full of garbage. It is an eyesore, a health hazard and surely not good publicity for the newspaper. It also detracts from the Mayor's Main Street Initiative.
Voz has not used it in at least a year. Why can't it be removed?
