Description

Mainly in front of the TCF Bank on E 12 Mile Rd, on the right most lane. The entire lane is falling apart, potholes, old slyvax, heaving concrete, the wearing surface of the old asphalt is completelly stripped off in patches. The catch basin nearby has caved in in the past.
