Description

Several Street Lamps are out along a section of Derby Ave/Rte. 34, between Yale Ave & ET Grasso Blvd. As a result, it's VERY dark here at night.

Q. Please provide pole number. If you cannot provide the pole number, please explain why (missing etc).
A. too hazardous at night to stop here & photograph/write down pole numbers
Q. Please describe in as much detail as possible the location of the pole (nearest address and cross street are most helpful).
A. several in a row, between Yale Ave. & ET Grasso Blvd.
