Description

An offensive word is on the the southside of the electrical box. The other non-offensive graffiti should be allowed to remain. (As in, kids need to know that they they are welcome to be themselves as long as they're not being destructive. I want kids to know that when the graffiti gets disrespectful, we'll remove it.).
