Codes and Building Safety has had this property on notice sinceJanuary 28, 2010 for exterior repairs, junk, trash, debris, high grass and weeds. The owner has not been able to be located and currently the proeprty is in research for ownership so any and all lien holders can be notified to correct the violations.

On July 29, 2011 Codes sent notices to the beneficiaries which included a local financial institution here in Nashville, Tennessee to make corrections to structure and property. Codes is currently working with the Metro Legal Department to confirm ownership and to prosecute the owner in court for failing to comply and bring the proeprty into compliance. The Codes RFS Number is 10-1045451 and the high grass RFS Number is 11-10960534, which we did issue notice to cut the high grass and weeds on June 15, 2011 and by September 12, 2011 the grass had not been cut.
In the future, please use the official Codes and Building Safety website to report a code violation and to gain a status on a request as Click Fix is not the official site to submit and review such requests, as we will not be responding back to Click Fix on this case again.

Thank you for your interest on this matter. The house is still unoccupied and since it has been cold the grass stop growing. I don’t think anyone has intention of doing anything with this property, so please do not close the issue until further notice.
