Description

Behind this building in the south alley of the address is some type of grease dumpster. The dumpster is blocking the alley. The alley gets heavy use due to the one way street and no left turns. Normally two vehicle can pass and now that can not be done. I believe that blocking the alley is prohibited and it is posted for No Parking to accommodate the flow of ally traffic. I also understand that dumpster must be fenced per Zoning.
