AT&T responded that they don't take care of graffiti on their boxes and it is up to the neighbors to do something about it. I think that the city should do something about it.
I meant nothing has been done about removing the graffitii. The first response gave me AT&T contact information because in theory it is their responsibility. AT&T responded that it is not. Is that it?
