Description

A lamp was replaced on the streetlight 26012 however the side of the lamp facing the residential buildings was not "darkened" (as is the case with all other streetlights around Logan Circle). As a result very, very bright light shines into the residences at 6 and 7 Logan Cir night and day (overcast days, like today). Please help by darkening a portion of the lamp.
