In response to the message that this service request has been closed or completed:
The plate is untouched. There are no markers warning its presence. It's slippery when wet, when covered with ice, and when covered with leaves. It is about one inch thick, angled on the roadway, and VERY hazardous to anyone on a bicycle who does not or cannot see it.
So, what does it mean that the service request has been closed? Has it been rejected without comment?

The metal plate is covering a private sewer collapse. The plumber that is going to do the repair is states, the week of November 14th the repair will be done.
