Description
The information on No Left Turn sign on Colesville Road north at Spring Street is barely visible in daylight and invisible at night. Other intersections have lighted sign indicating no left turn at certain times. This intersection sorely needs one to reduce driver confusion, horn honking
and agitated drivers.

The 'No Left Turn' sign is STILL an issue since those fonts are all drivers see (not the quantification of certain days/hours).
Additionally, the traffic volume has significantly increased in the past two years and more recently due to the opening of the FILMORE venue one and half blocks south of Spring on Colesville Rd. This has significantly increased the traffic numbers and with increasing frequency.
