Thank you for submitting your concern to us and I apologize for the unfortunate parking situation on Newton Street. Currently, the parking on Newton Street is not regulated to restrict parking to one side or the other. In order to pursue this the proper way, you would have to make an inquiry through the city's Traffic Commission and request that they review the parking situation. I can assure you that they do review this type of request. The head of the Traffic Commission is Police Chief Mark Leonard. He can be reached at 508-485-1212 ext. 6974.
