The road is improperly sloped on two sides and is damaged. One side is still a pothole that has not been resolved and is open under another case number. The other side is street damage and is within the street limits as you can see in the picture (unless the street is truly 7 feet wide). What are the boundaries for the street? 6' from centerline of the crown for a total of a 12' width? Notice the water ponding a good 5 feet in front of the grass. This is clearly in the road.
