Noticed tonight not only are the street lights out between the 4400 and 4600 blocks of Lowcroft Ave (East and West sides of the street) but between the 700 and 800 blocks of Pierce Rd those street lights are out and also the street light at the beginning of the 4400 block of Burchfield Ave. The lights went out on Saturday night, Nov 22nd. The light at 4605 Lowcroft Ave did try to come on last night. It flickered and was very dim and then it never came on.
