Description

I have reported dumping in this area before. Tires have been dumped and not cleaned up. There are 2 tires in the lot just after the driveway to 146 Springside(Mountainview Condo's) Tires are still there are edge of woods and are only slightly visible at edge of woods. Were not picked up when rest of dumping was.NOW THERE IS A DISCARDED TIRE SITTING OPPOSITE 130-132 SPRINGSIDE AS OF 11/22/14.
