Description

I live in the Palmerston - Bellflower area. My entire basement flooded last year due to the sewer backing up. I received a letter today from the City stating what they are going to do fix it. Where were they between the flood years ago and this one? If the cause was due to just too much rainfall, everyone would flood. There is a major issue in this area and the City is responsible for this. Why are they not responsible for the damage?
