I would like to know when will the city clean up the trash that has been sitting all around the wall. There has been a bumper on the side for over a month. I usually travel between exit 18 going south and it's trash down pass Camp Creek exit 2.

No the issue has not been resolved, there are bumpers still on the wall around 285.
