My previous response to you was that this would be handled like all your other posts. The removal of these trees, likely with a chain saw, is a clear violation of the Commission's rules and regs and policies. You are aware of this as you have been notified in the past and specifically asked not to conduct any unauthorized work on Commission property. so why would the "wood elves" knowingly violate with unauthorized work? finally ....the coss thanksgiving walk does not have any approvals from the Commission, as applicable, and no fire permit from the Fire department, both which were required last year. Again....please follow the rules and regulations

I arrived yesterday to find the trees cut. As the trees have been removed this ticket can be closed. I am sure the offical site monitor can provide more information as I was not on the site for 3 days and they could have been removed anytime in this time period.
