What is unfinished about this?? Seems pretty clean and not sure what more the city can do here. I would prefer that city public works dept focus on larger issues and not have to waste time on nit picky problems. I am sorry, but Oakland has so many problems, I just do not see how this can or should rise to the top of their daunting priority list.
