Description
This intersection has pretty heavy foot traffic before and during the workday. When walking north on Orange and trying to cross Elm, pedestrians used to be able to see what color the southbound Orange traffic signal was. Now we can't see what color the southbound light is, and there is no pedestrian crossing signal at this intersection. When Elm has a red light, it's important for northbound pedestrians to know whether Orange southbound's light is green or yellow.

Is their a plan for an upgrade to this intersection?
Ped lights and curb cuts?

Don't expect T & P to do anything they can't even account fore the 3 million dollar grant for traffic signal timing that was given to them by the feds 3 (?) years ago.
See you at the FOIA Hearing.

It doesn't sound fun....
You have a good point. I will bring this up with the Signal Division.
