Description

My Recycling Bin was not emptied. Just had recycling inside. What can be done about this.

We've received your trash/recycling issue and will address it as soon as we can. Please remember to make sure your toters are out at the curb on time for your scheduled collection day and that the blue recycling toter has only recyclable items in it. Thanks.

My recycling toter is always at the curb. I only put out maybe once a month. There was nothing in it that was not for recycling. It was full to the top. I think they did not want to lift it??? I did call and spoke with Quentin. I told him I will put back out next Tuesday evening for Wednesday pick up. I just want to make sure the recepticle gets emptied.

Great. Sometimes items such as plastic bag and/or pizza box are in recycling toter and crew can't pick up because items contaminate recycling. Just checking to make sure! Thanks
