84 elm st kearny nj 07032... i want to report to you or the corresponding lack of heat in this properity authority has notified the owner no results..
you are requested to order an inpection and was determined to put heat to the owner because the machine that provides the heat is broken and not repaired or buy a new one..
it is so inhumane living ..
owner name freddy cabezas.. please order the landlord to take correct measurements on this offense..

with low temperatures is inhumane living inside this house.. as we are using a form of heating fogon and like wise are in chill..
