This is NOT A POTHOLE issue!
THIS IS THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN IGNORING MORRIS COVE,AND ITS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS.
ITS NOT PUBLIC WORKS IGNORING THE COVE, ITS CITY HALL!!
And it will never change because Morris Cove residents do not put Mayors in office.
