Description
S street between 13th and 14th is in a state of disrepair. This section on the north side of the street, closest to 14th is particularly dangerous for those on bicycles. This section of street has been like this for at least 30 days. Please fill the hole and smooth the street for cyclists and drivers.

Utility cut in asphalt roadway need to be restored, Approx. 5 x 5 ft. Utility cut need to be repaved with asphalt, refer to SIOD to investigate issue. Per Inspector Misher
