This traffic like timing makes no sense.when there is a long line of traffic waiting to turn left onto women's club Drive, there is usually a little or no traffic coming from the opposing direction on Glenwood Avenue.for the last 20 seconds, there have been absolutely no vehicles on Glenwood Avenue westbound yet traffic from the turn lanes is backing up into the three lanes of Glenwood Avenue eastbound.why can't the turn lane be green during these periods when there is no traffic? This happens all the time.
