There has not been one day, no matter the time of year or weather conditions, that there are no cars at last 300 feet of Grove Street right up to the intersection with Route 4. This past snowstorm there was even an unregistered silver Honda plowed in right on the street. There are cars left there overnight thru the parking ban and seemingly nothing is done about it. If they are being ticketed, $10 per day does not seem to make any impact whatsoever. The road was widened to make it a two way street, not a parking lot. It is the same houses that consistently have this traffic and congestion. Between the cars and the children that run to them - or ride bikes through them - it is a fatality just waiting to happen! Please, do something about these persistent lawbreakers.
