Description
I have reported this on three previous occasions. Every time it rains the water does not go down the gutter and it backs up and goes over the curb. I live at 3926 20th St. NE. If you're standing on my front porch looking across the street it's the gutter in front of that house. It's on the corner of 20th and Randolph Northeast.

Have you tried calling DC Water directly? They are responsible for the city's water and sewer lines. Request that the storm sewer be cleaned out.
