Description

They never collected leaves on my block, though it was scheduled for Monday, Nov 10 and Wednesday Nov 12. It was not collected, though the signs were taken down on those days. It is infuriating the sheer unprofessionalism and laziness in this issue. There are heaps of leaves everywhere.
