Description
There appear to be two lights out just next to the bridge on Chapel St across from the duck pond. It is very dark and creates a large blindspot in the road. It is unsafe for bikers, walkers and runners. Please fix as soon as possible. Thanks!

I don't know why you ask us for pole numbers,, many of them don't have numbers on them any more, so the number is only on your blueprint and not on the pole.

Thank you for reporting. The lights you are referring to are lights on wood poles near the bridge, or the decorative post top lights on the bridge itself?
We ask for pole numbers as repairs are done during the day, and any information uniquely identifying the reported issue helps us track and follow up. We do periodically check areas for outages.

Put numbers on the poles where we can easily see them and it will be possible to give you pole numbers.
We do give enough information that all you have to do is go to that area and look around.

If the official is saying there never were lights, is that because this official looked and saw that there are no lights? or is that hearsay?

The official said that there will be lights within a month.
Thank you in advance
