Description

There is a malfunctioning traffic signal at the intersection of Peachtree Industrial Blvd and Winters Chapel Rd. The signal works properly when green, but when it should be red, the signal is completely dark. As a result, I have witnessed cars drive through the intersection and almost collide with traffic turning north onto Winters Chapel Rd.

The malfunctioning signal is the rightmost of two signals for cars traveling southwest on the Peachtree Industrial Blvd access road, approaching the intersection with Winters Chapel. The signal on the left appears to work correctly.
