Sick Tree line trees drop heavy limbs in grass/path where children walk and play; driveway to cars too.
Sick trees: hollow, split trunks. Trimmed to weakness. Will pull down wires. City blames utilities. Utilities trim to weaken. Snow, wind, rain =danger
