Description
Caller states the traffic light on the East bound side of Broad & College the traffic light goes from yellow to red without delay. This keeps vehicles from being able to go through the light. Caller states this doesn't happen all the time and sometimes the light works fine but it needs to be checked.

monitored this intersection and never saw any evidence that the light went from yellow to red without delay. there was always 4 second of yellow time given as stated on the timing sheet and per the controller program. no problem found.
