Description

The square iron cover over the DI at the SE corner of Brook & Bellevue is broken in half, and has fallen into the inlet.. This is right at the sidewalk, and since its pretty dark there at night, I almost fell into it. It may have been broken when the street was re-paved this week. I took a cone from the sunken sidewalk to the south that I reported 6-months ago and put it over the hole as a warning. This is very dangerous and requires IMMEDIATE attention. Thanks.
