Abandoned car - no plates, black jeep Cherokee. Vehicle showed up over a week ago. Please tow away appears to maybe be stolen since there are no plates or paper trip pass in window.

We will tag the vehicle if we can locate it...the addres 20131 14th ave NE is not a valid address. If the vehicle is not moved within 24-48 hours we refer the file to the police.
