Description
vacant houses' tree caused sidewalk to rise 1-4" 78 yr old neighbor's tripped 2x & fallen on face. Electric wheelchair must go into busy street.cannot negotiate sidewalk for fear of tipping over. I have written to 1)Mayor Nutter,2)Fran Burns (Commissioner L^I) 3 letters to Wells Fargo bank, 7 phone calls to Bank of America, visited & called City Councilman O'Neills' office. ALL TO NO AVAIL!!!

Just heard that mortgage or lien is being held by Bank of America. I'll try contacting them on mon.28 Nov.2011

Went to City Councilmans' office in Oct. NOTHING done Never got back to me!

Bank of America DOES hold some papers on this property, but according to them, they're NOT the biggest holder and hence cannot do anything! I called 6 different numbers and ended up with yheir "Problem Property" dept. all to no avail
