When traveling North or South bound on Leavitt Rd/RT 58 and you stop for traffic signal (a red-light) at this intersection the North/South traffic light signal changes from red to green to red immediately (before you can take your foot off the brake to the gas pedal, you end-up in the middle of intersection) worst case scenario is the potential of vehicles travel East/West bound have a green-light while North/South bound traffic is in middle of the intersection.
