Description

The driver of the dodge minivan with tag DC8332 and door numbers "96 8332" double parked to go to the pnc atm. There was sufficient parking that she could've pulled into a spot but decided to just block a lane of traffic on Pennsylvania Avenue instead. She kept the lane blocked while double parked for at least 5 minutes. The driver was an African American woman in her 30s-40s wearing a DPW parking enforcement uniform. I can understand needing to do personal errands while at work but it's pretty egregious to commit such a flagrant violation that your sole job is to enforce against people doing just that. Shameful.
