Description
Owners have complained over the past 4 (FOUR) years RE the tree that is uplifting the sidewalk. The city put down asphalt, but there is now a large bump in the walkway and various people -especially children, wheelchairs, strollers are tripping & having a hard time getting over it. Owners want this sidewalk leveled out for not only aesthetic reasons (hard to find tenants who desire this as their front entrance) but also to avoid lawsuits and fines from passerbys.
