Concerned citizen states there have been several accidents in this area; there are blinking yellow lights on N. 21st going North and Southbound coming across 21st you have to inch out into the street because cars are parked along the side of 21st st. Citizen states there's blinking red lights going East and West on Franklin. Something needs to be done because there are way too many accidents happening in this area.
