My neighbor on 61 Maple street is driving us all crazy with his dogs. He has aproximately 7 dogs and he lets them run free on the streets without picking up after them, so the result is a lot of dog waste everywhere. He also runs after screaming at the top of his lungs, any time he's outside. And lately, he's been locking one of the dogs out at night, and the dog cries all night long not letting anyone in our house sleep. Please look into it! I am not the first one to complain, as I've seen my other neighbors asking him to stop but he never does.
