THIS HOUSE HAS BEEN VACENT FOR MORE THAN 16months. THE WINDOWS ARE BROKE OUT OR MISSING. THE ALUMINUM SIDING HAS BEEN TAKEN OFF IN SOME AREAS. THE BUSHES ARE OUT OF CONTROL AND GROWING UP THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE.THIS IS AN EYE SORE TO US HOME OWNERS ON ELM STREET.
