Create an exit from the mall at this point, where there has always only been an entrance. Cut the median on Rt. 1 and put in a traffic light, so that cars can exit and turn either left or right. This will allow traffic to flow OUT of the mall at a better rate. I HATE going to this mall because it is so difficult to LEAVE!
