Over the past couple months the water meyer on the sidewalk in front of my house has been repeatedly full to the brim and occasionally overflowing. Our landlord is concerned that this is leading to higher than average water bills for her. I believe someone from the city has come out recently, however, nothing seems to have changed. Could someone come out to my house please and verify that our water meter is working properly?
