Wonderful, thank you again. Just as another update, the light is no longer cycling on/off it's now just burnt out. Your help is much appreciated.

Hi Lee - I just got off the phone with a Duke Customer Service rep named Ashley - I let her know the location of the light and the fact that it's no longer cycling, just flat dead - she said it should take them about 3 business days to address (which concerns me as it really should have been repaired by now) - let me know if it's not working by the end of this week and we'll go from there - thanks again! David, Mayor's Action Center
