Description

Right hand turn lane on Hampton Way and 98 heading towards Retail drive needs to be redone to accommodate traffic going straight or turning right. Current left turn/straight lane is inefficient if lots of traffic is coming from retail drive and turning left on 98. Other option is to have a delayed green for traffic on retail drive heading towards 98, allowing traffic coming from Hampton Way to clear first.
