Description

This vehicle has been abandoned for over 6 weeks, reported to 311 over two weeks ago. Expired plates and registration, immobile, and teenagers hang out in it and smoke marijuana at night. Early this morning we awoke to the vehicle inflamed - my car was parked behind it and luckily I was able to move it before it completely burnt up. It took firemen an hour to put out.
