The few blocks from Louisiana at Chippewa down to Louisiana at Osage are trashed. The worst of the trash usually begins in front of the daycare center and continues down the block for the next several houses. These neighbors and businesses need to pick up their trash and keep the street clean, or get out. Just a few people are making our whole neighborhood look bad, which decreases the property values. INTERESTING NOTE: The handicapped guy's house on Louisiana near Dunnica, where the gentleman in the wheelchair lives, is usually SPOTLESS and well-kept. If a guy in a wheelchair with no legs can keep his front lawn clean, so can the rest of us. GET IT TOGETHER.
