Description

Over 6 weeks ago, I reported a sofa that had been dumped on Mount View Place. The city has proceeded to widen the road, build a retaining wall, and repair the road; but no one working for DC Government seems to be able to haul away the sofa that was dumped on the side of the street ages ago. Is DC Government so incompetent? Why is our city so corrupt?
