Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. This manhole cover which I believe is over a test well, is sinking in the concrete all around it is broken allowing it to sink. The concrete is most likely broken due to the trash pick up truck that has to pick up the illegally placed dumpster in front of this property.this dumpster has been reported numerous times for various reasons the last of which was that it was on city property the easement.
