Description
A request was made to fix the catch basin at this street corner in 2013. It has still not been repaired, and the basin opening is now clogging with leaves again. This prevents the drain from working. The broken concrete also creates a walking hazard. According to a previous request note, DC Water was told about this in June.

Completed inspection on 11-12-2014. Catch Basin on the corner of 16th & Lamont St NW is uneven, cracked, and clogged up with leaves, Refer to SIOU to investigate. Approx 4 x 6ft. Per Inspector MISHER.
