I reported back in January that due to the city installing several sections of sidewalk with a improper slant some years back in front of 3024 and 3026 Kensington Ave, rain water stands and causes anyone using the sidewalk to have to walk out into the street to pass. Since then, the city has repaired all 4 corners at Belmont and Kensington and the problem still remains which is only a few feet away. Why can't this problem be fixed?
